We love preparing our specialty products for you and work hard to make sure every order is accurate.

shipping address, and payment details.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to ensure product
descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If an error affects your
order, we will contact you and work with you to find the best solution.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Renée’s Specialties does not store your complete credit card information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package our products and do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping options, costs, estimated delivery dates, and available carriers will be shown during checkout.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unexpected events. We are not responsible for delays caused by these situations, but we will always do our best to help. 

Please make sure your shipping information is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Food Safety

Because our products are specialty food items, we follow strict food safety guidelines and cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days of your delivery date. We want to make things right and will carefully review each situation.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue, please send photos of the item and packaging when possible. Photos help us quickly understand what happened and allow us to process your request more efficiently.
If photos are not provided, we may only be able to offer a partial refund based on the information available.
Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original form of payment. At this time, we provide
refunds rather than replacements.

5. Product Information & Availability

We take pride in creating quality products and providing accurate descriptions. However, colors, packaging, ingredients, and availability may change occasionally.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time.
